Pima Community Access Program, also known as "PCAP", is a not-for-profit organization that provides access to professional health care at discounted prices that the uninsured can afford.
PCAP links low-income, uninsured residents of Pima County with an affordable, comprehensive and coordinated network of health care providers.
PCAP Offers:
- Affordable co-payments only if services are used.
- No monthly premiums.
- Low membership fee of $40.00 every year.
PCAP is powerful partnerships at work to build a healthier community in Pima County.

PCAP HOSPITAL RATE CHANGE EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2010
We want to notify you of an important change.
If your total hospital bill is over $20,000 daily rates will not apply. You will be responsible for 10% of you total hospital bill.
If your total hospital bill is under $20,000, the daily rate below will apply.
Inpatient medical/surgical admission - $500 per day
Inpatient Intensive Care Unit admission - $700 per day
Maximum charge per inpatient stay - $2,000
